♥ Sun Yanzi's Come Back Concert
I love concerts. I love how the fans create the atmosphere for their most beloved idol. And I'm always excited to see the staging of the set.
Last Saturday, 11th July, I was at Indoor Stadium to watch Sun Yanzi's concert. Much anticipated, getting us all excited and we even bought the light sticks! 3 for $10 and free gift of 2 wrist bracelets that can be lighted up! Can be attached and turned it into a dog collar somemore! Hiyo! So happening one!
We were busy taking pictures of ourselves (as you can see) before the concert. Click, click, CLICK! Hiyo, so busy you know! Ha! We got ourselves so excited that we screamed and screamed wildly when the lights turned off! Yes! It has started! Woohoo!
But aiyoh, so boring one. So not high. So anti-climax hor? But this is how the concert went lor :( Make us all high high then once started, ZZZZzzzzZZZzzz.....Yanzi so subdued, vocally she is very powerful (of course). Her voice really unique. But her performance is so so only. Maybe cos she is like more feminine now (cos her boyfriend was there so act abit more demure? *rolled eyes*). Or, it could be her fans were just not happening enough. You know how Singaporeans are like when it comes to screaming for fans....they all paiseh one. All guai guai sit down and listen type. Buy CD listen at home better. Really, towards the end of the concert, especially the encore moment, most of us were actually saying out loud, "Aiyoh, faster come out on stage lah, we want to go eat supper!" Ha! Maybe you would say, then just go off lah, BUT BUT BUT we paid $151 per ticket ok! SO MUST STAY. LOL!
Anyway, I must say I like the set. Very interesting. Does it look like a snail to you? Or a gramaphone? :) Or ? It's simple, clever use of projection and effective. Nice.
